About Us

Our story

Executive Office (EOL) support busy leaders of membership organisations so they can concentrate on their Why and let us worry about the What and How. In doing this we help membership organisations give the best member experience, leading to member retention and valuable strategic partnerships.

EOL started in 2014 supporting two membership organisations with Karen Farr providing support across Accounts, Events, Marketing and Membership services. Through referrals, EOL went on to sign 3 more clients over the following 2 years, at which time the team grew from just Karen, to a team of 3. Due to increased activity across all clients, the team is currently at 5, with a team member leading Accounts, Communications and Events.
